If you would like to dispute a fine or fee on your library record, submit the Library Materials Fine/Fee Appeal Form. Appeals will be answered via email within one business day.
University accounts (Banner / Leo) are blocked when debts owed to ODU Libraries reach $5. Students are still able to register for classes if the amount owed is under $100.00, however the following actions are not available until the debt is paid and the block removed: release of transcript, 查看成绩的能力, additional accounts receivable activity.

Debts above $25 and older than 90 days are referred to the university's collection agency, Todd, Bremer & 劳森,P.O. Box 36788, Rock Hill, SC 29732-0512. Phone: (877) 427-6544. Debt referred to the collection agency must be paid directly to them. The agency charges a 20% collection fee in addition to debt charged by ODU Libraries.
