The minor in Civil 工程技术 (Construction) is open to all students (except civil engineering technology majors). The program consists of 12 credits, 和 specified courses are as follows: Sustainable Building Practices (CET(中央东部东京)355), Construction Planning and Scheduling (CET(中央东部东京)445), 工程造价估算 (CET(中央东部东京)460), and Construction Project Management (CET 465). These courses are offered both on campus and through distance learning.
Other 300-400 level courses in the CET program may be used for the minor in lieu of or in combination with those previously listed, upon written request and approval by the CET program director. Alternative courses are Contract Documents (CET 440), Building Information 建模 (CET 365), Construction Finance (CET 468), 和基础设施, Heavy Highway and Equipment (CET 470).
